Basic photo processing usually includes selection, color correction and cropping. Over the years, I have come up with my own retouching technique that leaves the main thing while removing the little things that distract. My author’s processing is shown below, you can see how I work with details and color correction. I do not smooth out faces beyond recognition, but I remove noise that prevents you from seeing beauty.
